Master Yellow Belt - Adult

Congratulations, you have now made it through two tests. The form on this test will challenge you the 2nd part of the Green book thoughts of changing you balance.You are now digging and looking for some gold. Yellow belt represents Gold.

To achieve a Yellow Belt. You must be proficient in the following activities:

There are five stages of the test to achieve the 2nd degree Yellow Belt.

  1. Kima Jus Se
  2. Forms
  3. Studio Techniques
  4. Stranger Danger
  5. Ground Techniques

Kima Ju Se includes( This stays the same for all the tests)

  1. Kima Ju Se
  2. Front Punch - Single
  3. Front Punch - Double
  4. Front Punch - Triple
  5. Front Punch - Low, Middle, High


  1. #5 Ki-bone O

Studio Techniques (The same requirements from the last test plus 5 more)

  1. Technique #11 - 1,2 Front Punch, Double Kick
  2. Technique #12 - Front Leg Front Kick, 1,2, Front Punch, Double Kick
  3. Technique #13 - 1,2, Front Punch, Back Kick, Double Kick, at a 45 degree angle to the right
  4. Technique #14 - Round House
  5. Technique #15 - Inside outside Block. Kick Land Punch

Stranger Danger (The same as the last test plus two more)

Stranger Danger is about a smaller person going against a larger more powerful person. #1 rule in Stranger Danger is to not let anyone touch you. The 2nd Rule is to yell loud.

  1. Technique #7 - Opponent Hair Grab from the front.
    1. Defense - Place 1, 2, hand on top of the opponents hand, Kima Ju Se. Duck walk backwards until free.
  2. Technique #8 - Opponent Hair Grab from the back.(Girls mainly)
  3. Technique #9 - Opponent choke hold with one arm around the neck.
    1. Defense - grab the arm with your two hands (One hand should be on the forarm and the 2nd hand on the bi-cept). This will first allow you to breath then lean forward taking your head toward your opposite knee. The opponent should flip over your back onto the ground.

Ground Techniques ( The Same as the last test by 2 more)

  1. Technique #7 - Spider
  2. Technique #8 - Shark Bite
  3. Technique #9 - Guard
