Master Yellow Belt - Children's Class

Congratulations, you have now made it through two tests. The form on this test will challenge you the 2nd part of the Green book thoughts of changing you balance.You are now digging and looking for some gold. Yellow belt represents Gold.

To achieve a Yellow Belt. You must be proficient in the following activities:

There are six stages of the test to achieve the 2nd degree Yellow Belt.

  1. Kima Jus Se
  2. Forms
  3. Studio Techniques
  4. Stranger Danger
  5. Ground Techniques
  6. Personal Techniques

Kima Ju Se includes( This stays the same for all the tests)

  1. Kima Ju Se
  2. Front Punch - Single
  3. Front Punch - Double
  4. Front Punch - Triple
  5. Front Punch - Low, Middle, High

Forms

  1. #4 Ki-bone Som

Studio Techniques (The same requirements from the last test plus 5 more)

  1. Technique #16 - Knife Hand Block, Step Forward and Knife Hand Attack to the Opponents Solar Plexus
  2. Technique #17 - 1, 2, Punch, Step forward back fist into a fighting stance, Spin 180 degrees back fist with opposite hand to a fighting stance. Step out to a mountain climber stance front punch.
  3. Technique #18 - Axe
  4. Technique #19 - Axe, Double Axe
  5. Technique #20 - 360 degree side kick

Stranger Danger (The same as the last test plus three more)

Stranger Danger is about a smaller person going against a larger more powerful person. #1 rule in Stranger Danger is to not let anyone touch you. The 2nd Rule is to yell loud.

  1. Technique #10 - Step into the opponent. Put the leg from the middle of legs slide the heel behind and to the outside of the opponents leg and push or trip
  2. Technique #11 - Single leg take down.
  3. Technique #12 - Double leg take down.

Ground Techniques ( The Same as the last test by 2 more)

  1. Technique #10 - Side Kick from the ground
  2. Technique #11 - Both leg kick to hold off the opponent standing trying to mount
  3. Technique #12 - Knee Guard

Personal Fighting Techniques -

  1. Five Techniques, Using minimum of 3 and not more then six combination moves of the Studio Techniques 1 - 20.
