1 Blue Belt - Adult

Congratulations, you have now made it through two tests. The form on this test will challenge you the 2nd part of the Green book thoughts of changing you balance.You are now digging and looking for some gold. Yellow belt represents Gold.

To achieve a Yellow Belt. You must be proficient in the following activities:

There are five stages of the test to achieve the 2nd degree Yellow Belt.

  1. Kima Jus Se
  2. Forms
  3. Studio Techniques
  4. Stranger Danger
  5. Ground Techniques

Kima Ju Se includes( This stays the same for all the tests)

  1. Kima Ju Se
  2. Front Punch - Single
  3. Front Punch - Double
  4. Front Punch - Triple
  5. Front Punch - Low, Middle, High

Forms - Must be able to do all 5 kibone.

  1. #5 Ki-bone Som

Studio Techniques (The same requirements from the last test plus 5 more)

  1. Technique #21 - 1,2 Front Kick, Side Kick, (Kick with the same leg and it does not touch the ground between front kick and side kick)
  2. Technique #22 - Axe, Double Axe, Double Kick
  3. Technique #23 - 1,2, Front Punch, Front Kick, Flying Side Kick
  4. Technique #24 - 180 Hook Kick
  5. Technique #25 - 1, 2, front punch, Round House continue the flow into a 180 side kick.

Stranger Danger (The same as the last test plus three more)

Stranger Danger is about a smaller person going against a larger more powerful person. #1 rule in Stranger Danger is to not let anyone touch you. The 2nd Rule is to yell loud.

  1. Technique #13 - Opponent grabs the shoulders
    1. Defense - Reach up above your head, and your arm over and turn and run and yell
  2. Technique #14 - Shoulder grab, Snake free
  3. Technique #15 - Rear Take Down.

Ground Techniques ( The Same as the last test by 2 more)

  1. Technique #13 - Snake
  2. Technique #14 - Head Lock (Chest to Chest head lock )
  3. Technique #15 - Trap and Roll

Personal Fighting Techniques -

  1. Five Techniques, Using minimum of 3 and not more then six combination moves of the Studio Techniques 1 - 25.
