2nd Stripe Yellow Belt

Studio technques for the 2nd stripe yellow belt introduce a lot more difficult moves. Multiple directions with technique number 12 attacking three opponents. Introduce the side kick in three different variations. the step side, a combination of front kick and twist your body side ways to produce a side kick, and a very powerful and quick kick the 180 degree side kick.

11. Middle Block, step forward Knife hand (Same as Ki Bone O)

12. 1, 2, Front Kick, Back Kick, Double kick forward at a 45 degree angle

13. Step Side Kick

14. 1, 2, Front Kick, twist Side Kick ( front kick foot does not touch the ground)

15. 180 Degree turn Side Kick
