Studio Techniques

(1st Stripe White Belt)

Studio technques should be practiced on both sides using the right hand fighting stance as well as the left side figting stance. Each one of these moves uses only one side of the body. If using the right hand you will use the right leg and same if using the left side.

  1. High Block, (step forward into a mountain climber stance, feet should still be shoulder width apart, hand should be one fist above and to the right of center on the forehead.
  2. High block, front punch
  3. High block, step forward front punch
  4. 1,2, punch
  5. 1,2, punch front kick
