White Belt ground techniques. You will need to be proficient with these techniques to move up to the next level. These basic techniques are to protect yourself from harm if you happen to fall or find yourself on the ground trying to protect yourself. The techniques include to fall down without hurting yourself and protect your head. Have a strong front kick and to be able to stand up while protecting yourself.
