Kibone O

(Form #5) Pictures not ready yet

Kibone O is the 5th level form. The pattern is the same as all the other kibone forms. Similar to Kibone Som stances, move from the 80/20 Fighting stance and into a 50/50 Mountain Climber stance. While in the 80/20 Fighting Stance the hands are doing a knife hand block. Moving into the Mountain climber stance the hand that was performing the knife hand block moves down to an open hand middle block while the hand that was at the solar plex performs the knife hand attack to the solar plex.

Techniques used in this form;

  1. Knife hand block. Stance = 80/20 fighiting stance. The same hand and the same foot are forward. (See pictures moving to to this stance).
  2. Knife hand Jab: Stance = 50/50 mountain Climber stance. When moving into this stance as you are moving the hand that was blocking performs an open hand block to the front and as you continue to move the opposite hand does a knife hand jab to the solar plex. Same side foot and same side hand forward.

  1. Start at a junbe (ready) stanceChang Moo Kwon Kibone il
  2. Pivot to the left into a fighting stance (left foor foward) knife hand block (left hand blocking)
  3. Step forward with your right leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open left hand and land in a right hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  4. Pivot on your left foot 180 degrees to your right to a right hand knife hand block (fighting stance, right foot forward)
  5. Step forward with your left leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open right hand and land in a left hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  6. Pivot on your right foot moving to your left 90 degrees (going down the middle) Kinfe hand block.
  7. Step forward with your right leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open left hand and land in a right hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  8. Step forward with your left leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open right hand and land in a left hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus (Ki Hap!)
  9. Back leg turn around. Move your left leg behind your right leg far enough to move your body 270 degrees (3/4) turn to your left.. You should land in a left leg firghting stance and left kife hand block.
  10. Step forward with your right leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open left hand and land in a right hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  11. Pivot on your left foot 180 degrees to your right to a knife hand block (fighting stance, right foot forward)
  12. Step forward with your left leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open right hand and land in a left hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  13. Pivot on your right foot 90 degrees to your left to a left knife hand block (fighting stance, left foot forward)
  14. Step forward with your right leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open left hand and land in a right hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  15. Step forward with your left leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open right hand and land in a left hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  16. Step forward with your right leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open left hand and land in a right hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus (Ki Hap!)
  17. Back leg turn around. Move your left leg behind your right leg far enough to move your body 270 degrees (3/4) turn to your left.. You should land in a left leg firghting stance and left knife hand block.
  18. Step forward with your right leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open left hand and land in a right hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus

  20. Step forward with your left leg into a mountain climber stance. while moving block with an open right hand and land in a left hand knife hand jab to the Solar Plexus
  21. Return to starting position. Pivot back on your right leg and bring your left leg back to a starting position Junbe
